JTrading is a website owned and operated by Madison Cole Investments LLP a UK Limited Liability Partnership, registered with the Companies House as company number OC370543.
By using the services offered by JTrading (here forth referred to as “the Company”, "we", "us" or "our") you are agreeing to the terms and conditions (here forth referred to as “the Terms” or “this Agreement”) set out below which apply to the use of both the website and the services offered through it. These Terms apply to all services provided by the Company to any visitors to the site or users of the site (here forth referred to as “the Client”, “You” or “Your”).
The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, but all content published on this page represents the most up to date version.
1. Your Obligations and Responsibilities
1.1 When accessing or using our site and services, you are bound by these Terms. You shall always act in accordance with the law, custom and in good faith. In addition, by using the site and agreeing to be bound by these Terms, you also confirm and warrant that you:
i. understand the Forex market and understand the risks involved;
ii. are at least 18 years of age;
iii. will provide and ensure that at times, all information required by the Company is current, true and accurate; and
iv. will not use the services offered by the Company for any commercial purpose or any purpose which is not expressly permitted through these Terms and the information provided on the website including but not limited to, the promotion of their own products or services.
1.2 We value the privacy and experience of our member very seriously and reserve the right to take any action we feel appropriate against member who fail to adhere to the Terms of use laid out on the website and in this document, including but not limited to suspension or termination of member memberships. In accordance with this, you agree that we may, at any time and without notice, suspend or terminate your account without offering any form of refund if you are found to undertaken any of the following:
i. cause distress or harass in any way, a fellow member or employee of the Company;
ii. take any action that may negatively effect the experience of fellow Clients;
iii. act fraudulently or mislead a fellow member or employee of the Company at any stage of the process;
iv. take any action that may bring the reputation and name of the Company into disrepute;
v. provide any information or images that are not wholly accurate and/or for which you do not have permission to use; and
vi. infringe the rights, including but not limited to privacy relating to the display and distribution of personal data and images, of any other member or employee of the Company.
1.3 You agree to uphold the standards of the services we offer. Failure to do so and/or any other abuse of the service may result in suspension or termination of an account without refund.
2. Our Obligations and Responsibilities
2.1 On successful enrollment as a member, we will provide you with access to the members area within 2 days or registering. We will take all reasonable measures to ensure we fulfill the promises made in these Terms, the website and other marketing material.
2.2 We strongly encourage all members to do their own due diligence and exercise appropriate precautions whilst placing trades based on the signals provided on our website.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse membership to any applicant at our sole discretion, without notice or justification. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate a members account without refund if they are found or believed to have breached these Terms or other requirements set out on the website.
3. Liability
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Services we offer. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights.
We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the Conditions for any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), or any loss of goodwill or reputation; or any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the conditions. Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.
If any provision contained within these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it does not effect the validity of all remaining provisions which remain binding. Any failure by the Company to enforce any or all of these provisions does not constitute a waiver of aforementioned provision.
4. The Site
While we will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website. All content, images and logos on the website or provided to you by the Company are the sole property of the Company.
5. Indemnity
The Company are not responsible for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from your use of the Site. You also agree to indemnify us for any loss, damages, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall attempt to limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We will always take every reasonable precaution to ensure that the privacy of our clients is protected to the fullest extent, including but not limited to the Personal Information as set out in the Data Protection Act 1988. We warrant that we will:
i) never share any personal information with any third party corporate entities unless we have received written permission from you;
ii) never share any financial information to any third party; and
iii) take every reasonable step to ensure that all the information provided by you is protected and only used in conjunction with the services we offer.
7. Law
The Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute which may arise between them.
